On Wednesday my sister, Jen (my maid of honor) planned a surprise bridal luncheon! It was a cooking class by Chow Bella Cooks! Susan taught us how to cook a delicious meal!
Our menu was:
Traditional French Baguettes
with Homemade Butter
Vegetables Napoleon
with Goat Cheese and Roasted Yellow Pepper Reduction
Fricassee de Poulet
with Fresh Garden Herbs
and for dessert...
Crepes!
Susan had champagne waiting for us when we got there!
First Susan taught us how to make French Bread! MmMmM!
Susan showed us how to thrash the dough!
We all listened as Susan showed us how to prepare the meal!
Finally we got to sit down in Susan's beautiful Dinning Room and EAT! Num Yummie!
