There is also the beautiful historic downtown, with more then 100 restaurants and bars. Downtown Wilmington NC has a fun night life. Perfect for your after party or to host your rehearsal dinner! Downtown Wilmington also makes for an incredible backdrop for your wedding photos!

Lets not forget about about all the beautiful parks and gardens, which make a beautiful backdrop for any event! There are several options such as Airlie Gardens, Halyburton Park and the Arboretum.

I can't even believe it… It's 2014! This year flew by and it has been a blast. Despite me going part time due to Olivia's arrival, Lesley Veronika Photography has been a huge success! Amanda and Gibran's Wedding | Lake Lure NC Wedding Photography | Destination Wedding Photography

I was lucky enough to photograph Amanda and Gibran's destination wedding in Lake Lure NC on November 16th at the Lake Lure Inn and Spa! They met salsa dancing! So, they did this fabulous little dance number at their reception. It was so much fun. Here are a few of my favorites below.

Lake Lure NC is absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend visiting at least once. Look at those mountains and to the right, off camera was the lake!
